2024 TACA By-law Changes Voting

The Texas Animal Control Association's Board of Directors approved proposed changes to the By-laws on January 24, 2024.  In accordance with the current By-laws, all current Members are entitled to participate in a virtual vote to approve or deny the proposed changes.  The voting will take place on March 27-31, 2024.  Voting will not be available prior to March 27th and any ballot received after the closing of the vote at 11:59 PM on March 31st will not be counted.  Validity of any questionable ballot will be determined by the Nomination Committee of the Texas Animal Control Association Board of Directors and their decision is final.  

If you are unable to register to vote, your membership is likely listed as lapsed in the system. Only current certified members have voting rights.  Please click here to obtain or renew your membership.  If you feel there is a mistake in the system, please email Al Garces so that corrections can be made.
